4. Also, return to us signed & stamped attached Copyright form by midnight GMT time of 7 July 2019 to us at g.chair@icird.etssm.org (Mandatory), you may ignore sending copyright if already sent.
5. Kindly create camera-ready paper by passing it through IEEE PDF Xpress by following instructions given below.
6. Please upload to your account in EasyChair by replacing your existing manuscript by midnight GMT time of 7 July 2019
7. Failing the above, your paper may be at risk of not included in the proceedings.
